Free check: Your three selections are processed in your browser tab and are not submitted to WH Digital. Do not enter sensitive customer records.

Optional email sign-up: When you choose to sign up, we collect your name and email address through MailerLite to deliver the requested resource and, where you consent, send practical business automation tips, playbook updates and relevant offers. Signing up is optional; it is not required to use the free check. We keep a record of your consent and preferences.

Unsubscribe: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may retain a minimal suppression record so we do not send you marketing again.

Enquiries and bookings: We use information you email us to answer your enquiry and arrange services. The booking button opens Google Calendar; Google processes booking information under its own privacy policy. Do not include confidential client data in a booking. Purchases through Gumroad are handled under Gumroad's privacy policy.

Providers and international processing: MailerLite processes sign-up and email-delivery data on our behalf; see MailerLite's privacy policy. Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical connection and security logs. Providers may process information outside the UAE. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be addressed before using personal data in additional workflows. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security: We retain enquiry and subscriber information only for the purpose it was collected, while a subscription remains active, or as needed for legal obligations and suppression records. Access is restricted to authorised users and providers; no system is completely risk-free. Ask us to review or delete information no longer needed.

Your rights: Under applicable UAE law, including UAE PDPL Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you may request information about our processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, and other applicable rights, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Email chris@whdigital.ae to make a request or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity.

Cookies and changes: The static free check does not use advertising pixels or submit answers. Third-party booking, checkout and sign-up services may apply their own cookies and terms. This notice will be updated if our services or processing change. Last updated: 7 November 2026.
