Will you replace my receptionist or team?
The aim is a clearer, more reliable process, not an unsupported staffing promise. Humans remain responsible for judgement and outward communication.
Can I just start with one task?
Yes. One workflow with a known owner and clear boundary is usually the most sensible starting point.
Do I need a new CRM?
Not necessarily. We review what you already use before recommending changes.
Will AI send messages on its own?
Our starting model is draft, review, approve. Outward messages remain human-approved. No cold WhatsApp, SMS or calls are part of this offer.
Does consent make every WhatsApp campaign lawful?
No. Platform policy, UAE marketing rules, the type of message and sector requirements also matter. The audit is not legal certification.
Can you work with patient or financial records?
We first map the process using synthetic or redacted examples. Live sensitive data needs a separate assessment of permissions, hosting, access and applicable sector rules.
Do you guarantee time saved or revenue?
No. We agree a baseline and a measurable pilot rather than inventing a return.
Do I have to buy a build?
No. The audit stands on its own. You decide whether to proceed.
Is VAT charged?
No. WH Digital L.L.C-FZ is not registered for VAT.
How long does the audit credit last?
60 days after the report is delivered, against a signed WH Digital build.
What is the founding-client offer?
50% off setup if you agree in writing to a short case study. The audit fee and monthly management are unchanged.
