My background includes five years at Microsoft in marketing and partner roles, alongside experience building and running my own businesses. My own operation is the working example

I run about 20 bots, each with a narrow job. A research assistant gathers information. A reply watcher flags inbound responses and opt-outs. A follow-up assistant prepares the next action. Research, draft work and reminders become visible tasks rather than another thing to remember. I review outward messages. If someone says no or stop, that matters. Bots do not get authority to buy, publish, promise or decide just because they can prepare the work. This setup is still something I manage and improve. It is not a claim that every bot runs perfectly, a client success story, or evidence that your business will get the same outcome.

Use AI to find, sort, draft, watch and remind. Keep people on judgement, relationships, complaints, sensitive information and anything that commits the business.
